We serve two key audiences: upstream partners such as businesses, manufacturers, and institutions, and downstream users including households, schools, and bulk consumers.

For our corporate and upstream partners, we offer timely pickup of obsolete electronics, environmentally compliant recycling, and access to recovered materials that can reduce sourcing costs. In exchange, we ask for a commitment in the form of a service agreement — monthly or quarterly — where you pay a flexible fee based on the volume of e-waste you generate. This partnership also means aligning with sustainability standards, supporting your ESG goals, and demonstrating environmental leadership to your stakeholders.

For individuals and downstream customers, we provide an easy way to donate or sell unwanted devices, ensuring they are either responsibly recycled or refurbished for reuse. In return, we ask that you give your unused electronics a second life by handing them over through our collection system, choosing our refurbished products when shopping for electronics, and helping spread the word about safe disposal practices within your community. We reward participants with fair buyback offers, occasional incentives, and access to budget-friendly tech.
